We might recommend starting with 10 hours a month of our Business Management services at a flat rate of $25/hour, if you’re already using an online accounting and payroll software. For $250/month your bookkeeping will be managed, reconciled, and documented. Payroll will be run twice per month and the taxes filed for you. Expense reports will be generated based on your credit card statements and sent to your email address. From there you attach your receipts and file. We will provide you a list of everything done during those hours, and after the first two months, we’ll have a conversation to discuss if 10 hours is enough or two much for the needs of your business.

We might recommend 20 hours for a flat process to understand your business, goals, and offering then design and build basic marketing materials. Once the basics are in place follow up with a 5 hour per month subscription to have someone update your pages with the latest project pictures, business offerings, information on where you’ll be (if it’s a retail/festival/location sort of thing), etc. as you communicate that information to us. The initial investment would be $400 for the material generation and $100/month for updates.
